By accessing the Charith Sir ICT mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register using your real name and a valid email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Single Device Policy (Security)

To protect our educational content and prevent unauthorized account sharing:

Your account is strictly limited to ONE (1) device at a time.
We use Device ID tracking to lock your account to your primary device.
If you change your mobile device, you must contact the admin team at +94712334884 to reset your lock.

3. Intellectual Property

All video lessons, handouts, and the 13-Island Game Map are the exclusive property of Charith Sir ICT. You may not screen-record, download, or redistribute any materials. Violation will result in immediate permanent account termination.

4. External Payment Policy

This application follows a "Manual Activation" model for course fees:

No In-App Purchases: We do NOT collect or process payments directly through the mobile app.
Institute Fees: Students must pay their class fees directly to the physical Institute or through authorized external methods.
Activation: Your account status (e.g., "Paid") will be updated manually by our admin team once payment is verified at the institute.

5. Conduct & Gamification

Progress on islands and online hours must be earned through genuine study. Any attempt to manipulate the progress tracking system will result in a data reset.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, specifically regarding copyright infringement or device-sharing attempts.
